Inspection by Skype, when required
For families, executors' or solicitors' not local, we are able to let you inspect our work on your behalf by skype or video should you wish.


All services are offered on their own as an 'as and when required' basis. Alternatively, pre-arranged packages of a combination of services are available, for your peace of mind.

No pre-arrangement needed to use any or all our services listed. We provide the service you need, as and when you need it!


Offering a bespoke house clearance service tailored to your individual needs in advance of your departure.

Listing all items that are to be cleared from your property and where they are to be transported to, including items to go to a charity of your choice or our preferred local charity. Also arranging transport for larger goods going to family members.

We can be instructed by your solicitor or executor or a family member of your choice to execute your final wishes.

We arrange a suitable time to visit your home, where we will discuss with you the options available from a whole house clearance down to individual items being transported to various locations.

We note an overview of your wishes, then advising you as to how we suggest we can assist you and draw up a plan of action, bespoke to your wishes, which we will carry out to the letter when the time comes and we are instructed by your solicitor / representative to proceed.

And finally, removing unwanted or unnecessary items and waste from the property, recycling and disposing of materials in accordance with both your wishes and best practice for the environment, following environment agency guidelines.

A one-off fee for the consultation/survey and drawing up of your action plan will be £150 plus VAT covering our costs incurred.

The agreed fee payable to us on completion of our services on your behalf are subject to both inflation, and of course your solicitor or representative being completely satisfied we have delivered the service as assured and expected.

Should any additional services be required at any point, such as our specialized cleaning, clearing or sanitising services, this will be for an additional fee, agreed with the instructing agent at the time, and added to the previously agreed costs for services.

For instructing agents not present or outside of the United Kingdom, once finished we can arrange a video inspection of the property, or via Skype should you wish, prior to settling your account with us for services provided.
